The following instructions are to be followed for sending inquiries:
• Inquiries should be written in urdu, hindi or roman English and should be short and devoid of unnecessary details.
• Inquiries should be sent concerning ones own-self only, avoid sending any inquiry concerning others.
• Do not request for more than three inquiries in at a time, however it is much better to send a fresh query once you are answered for a previous one.
• Replies to your queries in Darul Ifta are written in urdu, though, a translation in Arabic, Hindi and English could also be done as required.
• Do not send inflammatory or discrimination based inquires however, Darul Ifta is not obligatory to answer to such queries.
• It is the effort of Darul Ifta to post replies to queries as soon as possible, however, the response may be delayed due to multitude of queries, hence do not demand quick response.
• After sending any inquiry, check your email. If you have furnished your email address correctly, you will receive a receipt.
